The processing of personal data is carried out by the C.M. Lerici Foundation in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency in order protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons.

When you send us your application, you must be aware that you are voluntarily giving us information. This may include either your name, email address, phone number, physical address or details regarding the organisation you work for, your title or occupation, location, etc. By giving us this information, you consent to this information being collected, stored and used by the Foundation in order to assign scholarships and literature supports.
The processing of provided data is carried out by the members and the staff of the Foundation in a mixed mode (both manual and automated). We store your data both in a digital and a paper archive.
The concerned persons can request to access their personal data and to rectify them. For questions or complaints, the persons concerned can contact the Foundation directly.
In order to evaluate the scholarship’s applications and literature supports, the Lerici Foundation stores the personal data of each proposal and their application.
